Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience in Fashion Retail
- Fluent in Arabic & English (Mandatory)
- Experience handling D2C ecommerce websites and online customer support
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Ziwo, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of order management, returns, refunds, and last-mile delivery processes
- Experience supporting GCC customers is preferred
