SUMMARY:
Remuneration: Approximately R100K basic + Incentive + Standard Benefits Purpose Of The Job: Our client, a prestigious luxury passenger vehicle dealership based in Pretoria, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Dealer Principal to lead and manage all dealership operations. The successful candidate must have current Dealer Principal experience within a luxury automotive brand environment and possess a strong understanding of premium customer service standards, dealership profitability, operational excellence, and manufacturer compliance. This role requires a high-performing leader with exceptional business acumen, strong people management skills, and the ability to drive sales, aftersales performance, customer retention, and overall dealership success.
