Childcare Supervisor

Contract from August 1st 2026 to March 1st 2027.

Job Description

The Supervisor provides a professional, positive, and supportive work and learning environment for children, families, and staff. The Supervisor works collaboratively with the Director, RECE and non-RECE staff, Pathways Resource Teachers, Support Facilitators, Board of Directors, parents, volunteers, Lambton College students, and call‑in staff.

The Supervisor reports to the Director and works in conjunction with the Board of Directors to ensure the centre operates in compliance with Ministry of Education regulations, licensing requirements, and organisational policies.
