Description
Scope:
The position of Diesel Mechanic is accountable for maintenance and repair of mobile nitrogen pumpers and related cryogenic equipment to operate in a safe and reliable manor. Equipment will include Diesel/Gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, cryogenic trailers and pumps, tractor units, pick-up trucks, and safety relief systems, among others.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance in the shop or field while being able to respond, diagnose, and repair unplanned mechanical events. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in compliance with the manufacturer or LSI specifications/recommendations. Provide ongoing and effective communication with supervisors/managers and field technicians while documenting maintenance or repairs.
