Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the operation and control of Light Rail Transit (LRT) systems. They monitor train movements, ensure adherence to schedules, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operations and notification to customers. Handle emergency situations, communicate with train operators and maintenance teams, and make decisions to ensure passenger safety and service efficiency.
