Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs; fine-tune configurations as needed.
- Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with vendors/product teams for permanent resolutions.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
- Provide support for hardware and infrastructure issues escalated from the customer team.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
