Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)
Seeking: LPN/LVN Dispensing Nurse
Full Time Hours:

• Rotating schedule with Mondays and every other weekend off.
• Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Weekends, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
