LPN Visit Nurse Team - Homecare

Pay: $25 - $28 / per visit Maxim Healthcare in Hebron is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work with patients in the homecare setting for a Visit Nurse Position, which includes quick 35 minute - 1 hour visits in the patient's home. Visits can include med pass, insulin assistance, wound care, etc. We are primarily looking for EVENING AND WEEKENDS Intermittent Nursing Team Tier 1 – This nursing team will enjoy consistent weekly scheduling centered around an expected number of visits/days per week.

Expectations: 1. Be available 4 days per wk. 2. Be available E/O weekend or one weekend day per week 3. Complete a minimum of 32 visits per wk. 4. Compensation discussed on an individual basis.
