Job Description

Finger Lakes Health is hiring a FT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team in Geneva, NY. 12 Hour Shifts. Weekend and Holiday Rotation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Patient intake, vital signs, and focused assessments
+ Assist providers with exams and procedures
+ Administer medications and injections
+ Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, wound care, splinting, and specimen collection
+ Document care in the electronic medical record
+ Provide patient education and discharge instructions



Qualifications:
+ Current New York State LPN license
+ Urgent Care, ED, or ambulatory experience preferred
+ Strong communication and multitasking skills
