Who are we? Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the heart of downtown Madison. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to help support our needs in Skilled Nursing. The Nurse provides nursing assessments, patient care and addresses medical and emotional needs of all Capitol Lakes Rehabilitation Residents Come foster your future with Capitol Lakes!

Shifts Available: 

LPN Wages: Starting at $26.00/hr and up; DOE

Shift differentials: $1.00 per hour for PM Shift, $2.00 per hour for NOC shift 

Per Diem Requirement : 3 Shifts Per Month minimum, additional pick up receives $10hr differential
