Position Summary:
The LPN at Trinity Health Kenmare provides direct, resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, supporting both long-term care and rehabilitation services. This role assists with resident assessments, contributes to individualized care planning, and delivers delegated nursing interventions while monitoring for changes in condition.
