Salary: $35 / hourly

Job Description:

• Must be Vent, Trach, G/J Tube comped, and have a desire to work with all skilled patients with acuity levels most common to our markets.
• Must commit to and work a minimum 72 hours per quarter
• Training hours do not count as hours worked. Only care hours would be considered for the 72 hours per quarter.
• Understanding of policy in which falling short of the 72 hour quarterly minimum in consecutive quarters, will trigger a transition to non-float status
• Must be willing to and complete work assignments in multiple home environments
• Of the 72 hours per quarter, hours should be completed in at least 2 separate homes
