What You Should Know About the LPN-Extended Hours Role:

The LPN-Extended Hours position serving the Dayton area. This is a full-time night shift position, 7P-7A. In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

LPN Extended Hours Essential Duties Are:

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
