Job Summary
A Structured Cabling Technician I is an entry level low voltage technician responsible for supporting the installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems in commercial buildings and data centers. This role provides hands on experience and a clear career path within the telecom and low voltage field. Working under the direction of a Lead Technician, this position assists with installing Cate, Cat, and fiber optic cabling, building cable pathways, terminating connections, labeling infrastructure, and assisting with testing. Technicians work on active commercial construction and infrastructure projects while maintaining safety, quality, and organized jobsite practices.
