Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in financial services or consumer lending

- 3+ years leading LOS replacement or large-scale enterprise system modernization initiatives

- Strong working knowledge of the consumer credit lifecycle

- Proven experience managing third-party vendors

- Experience in auto finance, banking, or fin-tech environments
