Position Overview
Driver Responsibilities - Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers' places.
- Record material deliveries, refuel and clean the vehicle.
- Safely transport goods to and from distribution centers.
- Report road incidents to the dispatcher and follow traffic laws.
- Follow accident procedures and keep an activities log of hours.
- Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
- Plan routes using the GPS and get goods to the site on time.
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers and the team.
Driver Requirements - Class 4 or 5 driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- 3-5 years' experience as a truck driver.
- Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus and multitasking.
- Must be able to carry 30-50 kg cargoes.
- Must be able to work overtime and support on public holidays.
