Position Overview

- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Responsibilities - Lead the customer service team to fulfil customer orders.
- Handle customer enquiries by email and phone, including documentation, administration, and issue resolution.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing activities meet KPIs.
- Process customer billing invoices promptly.
- Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oversee section safety and communicate safety updates to the team.
