Job Description

• Monitors inbound deliveries using carrier provided tracking tools, identify delayed shipments within transit process, and escalates to logistics/planning stakeholders for further action.
• Monitors outbound deliveries to export customers using carrier provided tracking tools, provide value added services including pre-alert notification and when shipments deviate from plan.
• Monitors outbound deliveries to domestic AU and NZ customers using carrier provided tracking tools. Identify delivery exceptions and follow pre-determined resolution matrix to pre-emptively inform and resolve customer facing delivery impacts.
• Source data and update weekly AU and NZ WHS backlog and domestic transit time information and share with PT stakeholders across the business.
