You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance to internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity primarily based out of our Talbragar (near Dubbo) Quarry.

• Overseeing company and contractor drivers including workforce management such as recruitment and leave
• Overseeing medicals and on boarding of Drivers
• Ensuring safety through Toolbox Talks, inspecting customer sites and managing CoR compliance and breaches
