DESCRIPTION

• KPI monitoring and managing supplier’s escalations effectively
• Support and track the daily operation in terms of empty container steering and work closely with RCM
• Support as a guideline with suppliers for claims processing, monthly account reconciliation, stocktaking and any action related
• Provide on-site supplier logistics production support to assure the suppliers logistical line side delivery performance in series
• Work on effective problem‑solving tools for the returnable containers process
• Guarantees supplier’s series delivery with returnable containers
• Represents the customer in high stress production critical situations
• Perform trainings for new and current suppliers inside the systems, processes and customer’s requirements
• Execute audits at supplier’s location to validate the process and its compliance
