Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule daily transport operations, including fleet deployment and terminal bookings
- Assign jobs and coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Optimize routing and fleet utilization to control costs and improve operational efficiency
- Liaise with transporters, 3PL providers, and vendors; arrange external support when required and monitor service performance
- Prepare and manage transport documentation, system updates (SAP/TMS), and support invoice verification
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, support incident handling, and provide backup for daily operations and ad hoc tasks
