Position Overview
Job Description - Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory and equipment.
- Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly, or prevent it from even occurring.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and merchants to ensure proper operations of the company with brief summary to the Management.
- Submit proposals or suggestions with supporting back up examples which can improve the workflow and increase profit margins within the organisation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, this includes a proper onboarding documentation process for all departments (Operational Handbook).
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.
Requirements - 5.5 work days per week, OT when necessary.
- (Mon to Fridays): 9am to 6pm.
- (Saturdays): 9am to 1pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays....
