Key Responsibilities
Drive and manage the smooth execution of all factories to destination port logistics operations and to ensure that the defined logistics SOPs are followed diligently Proactively evaluate the performance and execution of the end-to-end global transportation activities (ex-factory to Destination) across different ship modes are and provide an executive summary to Management where issues, process development or re-engineering is needed. Ensure to achieve the given operational KPIs. Establish continuous improvement process/performance reviews with the markets, factories and the LO to drive operational efficiency related to transport logistics.
