Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Manage the operations of the warehouse
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across systems and physical stock
- Ensure timely updating of inventory movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory audits
- Identify and investigate inventory variances, shortages, or excess stock and report findings
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Support procurement and planning teams by providing inventory status
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications - Diploma in Related fields
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
