This role combines driver management, load planning, customer service, and backhaul development to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Leadership & Retention

• Develop and maintain a high‑performing driver team through daily engagement, coaching, and accountability
• Ensure driver satisfaction by managing mileage expectations, accurate payroll, and timely issue resolution
• Document performance, including coaching, attendance, service, and recognition

Planning & Dispatch
