Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage daily logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations for import and export shipments
- Coordinate international and domestic freight movements via sea, air, and land transportation
- Monitor shipment schedules, ETAs, cargo movements, and delivery timelines
- Ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouses, transport providers, and project teams
- Oversee JAFZA logistics procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Handle UAE customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics service providers
