Logistics Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing list,commercial invoiceClose co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipmentsLiaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applicationsUpdate data into ERP systems timelyEnsure record keeping system is well maintainedEnsure all reports are reviewed and submitted on timeAssist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follo...
