Job Purpose - To lead and drive Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) excellence across inbound, inter-plant, port handling, and outbound transportation of wind turbine components (blades, nacelles, hubs, towers, BESS systems), ensuring Zero Harm, statutory compliance, and safe delivery to wind farm project sites.

Reporting – Logistics Lead / QEHS Head

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in / Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Logistics.
• Master's in operations / supply chain Preferred

Experience

• 10 –12 years in logistics EHS / supply chain EHS
• Experience in heavy engineering / wind turbine / large component transport
• Strong knowledge of Indian highway transport regulations

• Risk Assessment (HIRA, JSA)
• Heavy-lift & crane safety
• Route survey & ODC movement knowledge
• Incident Investigation tools
