Job Purpose - To lead and drive Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) excellence across inbound, inter-plant, port handling, and outbound transportation of wind turbine components (blades, nacelles, hubs, towers, BESS systems), ensuring Zero Harm, statutory compliance, and safe delivery to wind farm project sites.

Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in / Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Logistics. Master's in operations / supply chain Preferred

Experience

10 –12 years in logistics EHS / supply chain EHS Experience in heavy engineering / wind turbine / large component transport Strong knowledge of Indian highway transport regulations

Risk Assessment (HIRA, JSA) Heavy-lift & crane safety Route survey & ODC movement knowledge Incident Investigation tools ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation Telematics & vehicle monitoring systems
