Position Overview
Freight and Vessel Booking: Coordinate and execute the booking of shipments via sea, air, or land, ensuring timely arrangements and adherence to client requirements. Tracking vessels inbound / outbound. IDF (Importer Declaration Form) Management: Update IDF information for each export, collaborate with clients for the issuance of the Certificate of Conformity (COC), and prepare accurate export documentation. Customs and SGS Compliance: Manage all Customs and SGS-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations. Confirm Bill of Lading (BL) drafts with clients and agents to facilitate smooth shipping processes. Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate activities with HIC Warehouse / off shore 3pl warehousing team , overseeing loading / unloading completion, and monitoring all relevant import / export-related tasks. All location stock reconciliation.
