Position Summary Ensure orders are processed on time and customers’ logistics requirements are arranged. Furnish full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments. Work with all stakeholders to resolve all shipment issues till delivery.
Responsibilities - Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
- Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
- Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
- Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
- Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
- Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.
