Requirements

• Native or highly proficient English speaker.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Candidates are evaluated based on skills and will.
• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation logistics, including trucking, shipping, and freight forwarding.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using transportation management software (TMS) and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
