Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities Stock Monitoring & Accuracy - Track incoming and outgoing inventory in real time.
- Maintain accurate stock records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock.
Inventory Management - Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate stock replenishment.
Data Entry & Documentation - Update inventory system with receipts, issues, and adjustments.
Coordination with Other Departments - Liaise with procurement, sales and logistics teams.
Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies in inventory handling processes.
- Suggest improvements to improve accuracy.
- Help implement inventory control systems or upgrades.
