Position Overview
ABOUT THE ROLE
Collaborate with Project Managers to understand and fulfill shipping needs.Coordinate local, domestic, and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all required shipping documentation for seamless transitions across borders and deliveries.Provide regular analysis on logistics performance, recommending adjustments to meet shifting priorities and improve efficiency.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and carriers regarding shipping inquiries.Manage vendor relationships to ensure they meet Eventscape’s quality standards, timelines, capabilities, and budget requirements.Work closely and provide support with Purchasing by contacting vendors, gathering quotes, and preparing purchase orders as needed.Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, optimize costs, reduce lead times, and g...
