My client based in Stellenbosch Technopark, is an established fruit exporter and they are looking for a Logistics and Financial Assistant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a financial qualification and no experience is required.

The Logistics and Finance Assistant supports the logistics and financial team by ensuring the accurate invoice verification and reconciliations. The role contributes to maintaining strong supplier relationships through timely payments, accurate documentation, and adherence to internal controls. By supporting day-to-day logistics administration and assisting with ad hoc logistics functions, the role helps ensure smooth operations, particularly during peak season.

Responsibilities:

Logistic Team Support:

• Verification of costs and profitability during container loading.


• Generation of Proforma invoices where required.
