Description
Responsibilities will include speaking with current customers when they have needs for shipping freight. The role of this person is to work with that customer to figure out the fastest and cheapest way for the items to be shipped that the customer is needing shipped. F
During this process problem solving, critical thinking, and outside the box thinking are all involved. This person must have the business oriented mind to be able to solve problems, and come up with solutions as they arise. The employee will be trained in all of the logistics knowledge and strategies. But the ability to think outside the box, and strong initiative.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of customer service experience (restaurant, retail, call center, etc.)

+ Interest in logistics and customer service!

+ Reliability, clear communication, strong motivation to learn

+ Strong attention to detail
