The Logistics Admin is responsible for end-to-end logistics administration, covering import and customs documentation, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, cost management, and compliance. This role ensures that all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the broader logistics and supply chain team with data management and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare, check, and compile all documents required for import permits and customs clearance, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
  • Verify accuracy of product descriptions, HS codes, quantities, and declared values before submission
