Act as the primary contact for customers, providing updates on shipment status and resolving inquiries related to freight rates and delivery issues. Manage relationships with various stakeholders including shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operational processes. Verify freight charges and manage vendor invoices, while overseeing billing and processing Delivery Orders (D/O). Requirements
