Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate between shipper, shipping agent and internal supply chain on the importation of goods.
• Handling and managing import related shipping documentations.
• Monitoring the shipment status and coordinates with the suppliers, agents and internal stakeholders for customs clearance and to meet expected delivery time.
• Prepare and submit Sales & Service Tax (SST) related reports to Finance & Customs.
• Make sure that the business operations comply with company procedures and policy, Malaysian law and its practice
• Check the completeness and accuracy of shipping documentation and ensure that submissions are made immediately to transporters or freight forwarders in order to avoid delays and minimize or reduce storage c...
