Position Overview
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist incoming and outgoing shipments include items packing, driving forklift to load and unload items with valid forklift driving licenceTo provide admins support to daily transport operationTo assist in delivery and collection as when neededTo assist Transport/Logistics Supervisor as when neededLiaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure transportation arrangement smoothlyAttend to internal customers enquiries and requestsPlan, assign and control trucking allocations to ensure timely delivery/collectionCarry out staff daily/OT roster planningOversee & manage a fleet of driversManage in/out transport delivery/collection issuesPrepare the documentation for the related declaration at respective port destinationMaintain the record (Delivery/collection) accur...
