Schedule:
• Wed, Thurs, Fri every week & occasional weekend call (between every 4th and every 7th weekend, flexible)
• Day shift 7a-5p
• Night call 5p-7a (low call census, and almost no callback)

On Call Requirements: Yes
MANDATED Job Requirements: • Board Certified - REQUIRED (Not accepting BE)
• State License - REQUIRED
Required Procedures:
• Inpatient settings - Sub-acute (Rehab facility)
