Position Overview
Job Description Open Dates: - June 9-13
- July 7-11
- July 21-25
- August 4-8
- September 1-5
- Ongoing sporadic coverage for maternity leave, PTO coverage, etc
Details: - Day shifts, M-F with shared night and weekend call of 1:5
- Adult and PEDS cases
- EMR: Epic
- Average number of surgical cases per day: 80-100
- Trauma Level 2
- 20 ORs
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
Submission Requirements
- BC or BE (w/in 5 yrs residency and boards scheduled) - Required
- BLS, ACLS PALS - Required
- Must be available to cover ALL or MOST of the dates above - Required (notate full availability at time of name clear)
- MI license or active IMLC in hand at time of submission - Required
