Position Overview
Job Description Job Details : - Dates of Coverage: 3 days/week ongoing through 2025
- Reason for Coverage: need coverage for busy clinic
- Practice Setting: office based only, no hospital coverage
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-20
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- APP will be working autonomously.
- There will be a supervising Physician present during assignment.
- Patient Age Demographic: adult and geriatric
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP NCCPA) - REQUIRED
- Active VA License - REQUIRED ; no exceptions
- BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
- MUST BE AVAILABLE 3 DAYS/WEEK
- CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED
- NO NEW GRADS; no exceptions
