Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a qualified Housing Lawyer to join a reputable local authority Housing Litigation team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, pragmatic legal advice and assistance across a varied housing caseload, supporting the Council's strategic objectives and ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with council officers providing clear, solution-focused guidance and advice on a range of Housing matters while managing their own caseload and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have good experience in housing law (particularly Housing Disrepair, possessions and Anti-Social Behaviour work), good advocacy and communication skills, the ability to handle a large and varied caseload of Housing Law matters, be conscientious and pro-active and wor...
