We are seeking a full-time locum consultant in ophthalmology. You will join an established and cohesive team and will work closely with our colleagues in hospital and community optometry, providing patient-centred safe and clinically effective care. The role of particular relevance for this post is high-volume cataract surgery, with clear evidence of a proven track record. The main base will be Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, although travel to other hospitals in Fife will be required.

Applicants must have full GMC Registration, a license to practise and eligible for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register. Those trained in the UK should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from the date of interview. ...
