We are looking for local drivers to join our dedicated fleet operating out of Fredericksburg, VA. This position is perfect for drivers who enjoy a mix of driving and physical activity, utilizing modern equipment to service regional distribution networks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,670 – $1,735
• Pay Structure: Competitive Cents-Per-Mile (CPM) + Load Pay + Stop Pay
• Home Time: Home Daily!
• Schedule: 5-day work week (includes weekends) with 2 consecutive days off each week.
• Shift Details: Typical shifts run 12–14 hours. Daily start times fall between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM (1900–2100).

Job Duties & Route Details

• Route Scope: Dedicated deliveries originating in Fredericksburg, VA, servicing locations throughout Virginia (VA) and Maryland (MD).
• Weekly Mileage:
