Position Overview
Responsibilities - Prepare financial analysis and credit assessment reports for bilateral and syndicated loan facilities
- Review credit-related contracts and legal documentation
- Prepare credit memos for approval and signing
- Handle customer KYC matters, including onboarding and periodic CDD reviews
- Liaise with internal and external parties on credit and compliance matters
Qualifications for the position include: - At least 1 year(s) of experience in credit analysis for syndication and bilateral loans.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance and related majors.
- Able to communicate with Head Office in Taiwan and Taiwanese clients.
Skillsrequired: - Banking / Finance > Analysis / Credit Analysis / Approval
- Banking / Finance > Loan / Mortgage/others
- Quick learner who has high adaptability and Good knowledge of MS Word/ Excel
