About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to support a growing mortgage team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is confident handling client communication, loan applications, and pipeline management.

As an independent contractor, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the mortgage process while supporting the Loan Officer in closing deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls (leads + existing borrowers)


• Take loan inquiries over the phone accurately and efficiently


• Clearly explain documentation, and next steps to clients


• Maintain consistent follow-up via calls, SMS, and email
