Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist to provide part-time support for a non-profit organization. This is a fully remote role and requires someone who knows California Labor Law. This long-term contract opportunity is well suited for a detail-oriented individual who can confidently manage California leave administration and workers’ compensation activities in a remote environment. The assignment is expected to run for approximately three months at about 15 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining accurate records, supporting employees through leave-related processes, and helping coordinate claim-related follow-up.
