Job Description
As a Live Designer, you will report to the Live Producer and design and manage live events and offers while maintaining game balance mechanics across our mobile games.
Your Core Responsibilities
Plan and follow game balancing mechanics across the Hungry Shark brand.
Plan and set up in‑game offers and events.
Understand and apply KPI targets to construct appropriate balancings.
Analyze multiple A/B tests to make data‑driven decisions.
Build and constantly update a balancing Best practice module for future games.
